Is a Renovation right for you?
We take on whole-home renovations, not single rooms.
Every renovation is different, so we do not quote from a price list. We look at your home, your scope and your site, then price the project properly as the drawings develop.
If you are renovating a single room, a bathroom on its own, or a kitchen on its own, we are not the right builder for you, and a specialist trade will look after you better. We would rather say so now than waste your time.

You are renovating multiple areas of your home, living spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, a second storey or a rear extension, and you want one team managing the whole project from start to finish.

You are after a bathroom-only or kitchen-only renovation, or a small standalone job. These are better handled by a specialist trade, and we would rather tell you now than waste your time.

No. Plenty of our clients come to us with nothing more than a list of frustrations about their current home. We can work with your architect or designer, or introduce you to someone we trust.

Most whole-home renovations run between six and twelve months on site, with design and approvals ahead of that. However this is completely situational and we give you an indicative programme before you sign.

We meet at your home, walk through the spaces that are not working, and talk honestly about scope, budget and whether we are the right fit.

Design & Preliminary Pricing
We work alongside your architect or designer or introduce you to ours and price the project as the drawings develop, so there are no surprises.

Fixed-Price Contract
A detailed schedule, a clear allowance list and a fixed price under a standard domestic building contract before a single tool comes out.

Construction
We manage every trade, keep the site tidy, and send you a written update each week with photographs of progress and what is coming next.

Handover
We walk the finished home with you, work through the list together, and hand over the keys with your warranty documentation. This is the exciting bit!
