Full Home Renovations Built Around The Way You Live
When your home no longer suits the way you live, a full home renovation can completely transform how it feels, flows and functions.
Burra Built works with homeowners across Seaford, Carrum, Bonbeach, Bayside and the Mornington Peninsula to deliver major residential renovations with quality construction, clear communication and a high level of detail from start to finish.
Whether you are reworking the layout, opening up living spaces, modernising key areas or transforming your home for long-term living, our team can help bring your vision to life with care and confidence.
Complete Home Renovations, Not Just Room Updates
A great renovation is about more than updating one part of the home. It is about improving the way the whole home works together.
At Burra Built, we focus on major home renovations that create better flow, more functional spaces and a higher-quality finish throughout. From tired layouts and disconnected living areas to homes that no longer suit your lifestyle, we help transform existing properties into spaces that feel considered, cohesive and built for everyday living.
Is a Renovation Right For You?
-
If the location is right but the home no longer suits your lifestyle, a major renovation can help you stay in the area you love while creating a home that better supports the way you live.
-
Older homes can feel closed off, dark or disconnected. A considered renovation can improve flow, create more usable space and make your home feel more functional day to day.
-
Burra Built is best suited to larger renovation projects where multiple areas of the home need to be improved, reworked or brought together with a more cohesive finish.
-
If you are planning to stay in your home for years to come, renovating gives you the opportunity to improve comfort, quality and liveability while creating a home that feels more aligned with your future.
-
A successful renovation requires planning, communication and careful site management. Burra Built works with homeowners to deliver a clear and considered building experience from the early stages through to completion.
-
A custom renovation gives you the opportunity to elevate the overall look and feel of your home with quality materials, detailed workmanship and considered finishes that feel tailored, cohesive and timeless.

Customer Reviews
“From the first conversation, Jackson made the whole renovation feel easy to understand. He talked us through the process, kept us updated at each stage, and made sure there were no surprises along the way.
We had an idea of what we wanted, but the finished result is honestly better than we could have imagined. The attention to detail, quality of the finish and care throughout the build completely transformed our home.”
— Rhys C, Seaford“Jackson and the Burra Built team understood the vision we had for our home and took the time to work through the details properly. There were a few custom elements we weren’t sure would be easy to achieve, but they found a way to bring everything together seamlessly.
The end result is immaculate. Every finish, detail and practical element feels considered, functional and beautifully built. It feels custom to us and exactly how we hoped the home would come together.”
— Jake M, Bonbeach“Our home had a few spaces that never really worked as well as they should have. Burra Built helped turn them into areas that feel more practical, more considered and much better suited to everyday living.
The team was organised, tidy and respectful while working in our home, and the final result has made such a difference. We now have better use of space, more functional areas and a home that feels finished to a much higher standard.”

Step 1: Vision Concept and Design
We collaborate on your ideas and vision, provide expert recommendations, then get to work on designing your design. We discuss budget, resources, and time to ensure we’re all on the same page. We will then provide a preliminary quotation for your review.
Step 2: Contract Signing
Once you are satisfied with your quotation, we will produce a formal contract which you will be required to sign.
Step 3: Documents and Permits
Let us take care of the different documentation and permits required such as town planning, developer approval, working drawings, contracts and building permits.
Step 4: Construction
Now we are able to commence construction! The stages within the construction phase include: base stage, frame stage, lockup stage, fix stage, and completion stage. We provide regular updates on the progress of your new home and invite you to inspect the property as works progress.
Step 5: Handover
This is the exciting bit! Any outstanding works are finalised and we hand over the keys!
